Mortiere Business Park
The Mortiere Business Park is currently under development alongside the motorway A58. The park offers more than 20 hectares and is centrally located at a highly visible site. The Mortiere planning area covers more than just the business park and will also include housing and several malls with a focus on interior decoration and lifestyle. There are also plans to develop a golf course and a leisure park. The municipal authorities have agreed a joint venture with a market consortium for the development and implementation of the work on the Mortiere site.
