Covering an area of 150 hectares Arnestein is the biggest business park in Middelburg. This is a mixed enterprise park offering space to both internationally operating businesses and business newcomers. Arnestein is close to the motorway A58 and in future will also benefit from the enhanced connection with the port of Rotterdam once the trunk road N57 is completed. Arnestein still has some 3 hectares of prime sites available. Parts of the business park are along the Canal through Walcheren, making them ideal for water-linked enterprise.
